Kyle Supa Lig bound?
Fenerbahce Push Hard for Walker
Fenerbahce have stepped up their pursuit of Kyle Walker, tabling a significantly improved offer in a bid to tempt him to move to Istanbul.
The Turkish side, who finished second in the Super Lig last season, are preparing for the departure of Bright Osayi-Samuel, with the defender expected to leave when his deal expires at the end of June. Walker, now 34, has emerged as their preferred replacement.
Turkish outlet Fotomac claims Fenerbahce have proposed a lucrative contract to the England international. Talks between the clubs are said to be progressing without issue. The final call, however, rests with Walker.
He spent the second half of last season at AC Milan, joining on loan in January. He’d been open to staying in Italy, but Milan chose not to activate the purchase clause. Fenerbahce are now hoping to capitalise, keen to add his experience to their back line ahead of a fresh title push.
Walker has a year left on his City contract and is considering his next move. Fenerbahce are pushing for a quick answer, eager to have him in place before pre-season kicks off.
The England defender remains focused on staying involved in the national team set-up ahead of the 2026 World Cup. With Thomas Tuchel now overseeing the squad, regular football at club level will be key to securing a spot in the final tournament squad.
